PLANNING SKILLS

-       Development of Level I, II & III project schedules in Primavera, project execution plan,conceptualize work Packages, tender event schedule and cost plan, resource histogram, S Curves etc.

-       Project pre-planning activities like baseline schedule, cost baseline, Work BreakdownStructure (WBS).

-       Updating and maintenance for the Project target.

-       Preparing the daily, weekly & monthly report to the Client.

-       Preparing the monthly statements.

-       Preparing Time Schedules for the Client & Subcontractors.

-       Calculating the monthly cash flow of the executed works.

-       Preparing the Updating & following up the schedule.

-       Allocation of Resources and Develop Histograms and Planned Progress Curve.

-       Reporting the progress and coordinating between the site and the management.
