Lead Planning Engineer –The Kashagan field is located in the Kazakhstan sector of the Caspian Sea. The project contain the replacement Oil and Gas 28’’ (3mm thick CRA (Corrosion Resistant Alloy Clad steel Carbon steel pipeline from D island To OPF (Onshore + Offshore). Pig trap modification onshore and off shore with above ground installations (AGI) along the onshore section of the pipelines at valve locations TR2, TR3, TR4 TR5 and TR7.The project include

Al Habtoor Leighton Group  –Dubai

PROJECT PLANNING MANAGER –Zubair Early Production Facilities -6x50000 BOPD –OIL /Gas separation Unit. The project comprises of 3 areas, Hammar, Rafidiya, Zubair with total 6 oil trains and associated facilities. A fast track, recently awarded 300,000 BOPD Early Production Facility (Oil/Gas Separation Plant) located near Basra in Southern Iraq. The project scope includes for the development of 3 separate Early Production Facilities (Oil/Gas Separation Plant) which include Oil/Gas/Water Separation, Oil Pumping, De-sanding/Desalting, Utilities and Power Generation, Oil Storage Tanks and Export Pipelines, additionally provision of early works for site access, security perimeters and temporary manpower accommodations camps to cater for the 1,500 project workforce.

 Project Development of Level-4 programme and implementation of all planning and monitoring &control tool to effective managing the project. The planning package includes resource, Project Monitoring System

• SENIOR PLANNING - Planning, Scheduling, Resource Assigning, Monitoring current Vs Baseline programme and Cost Control by cost coding system. Preparation of monthly reports, updating material submittal status and procurement schedule. Preparation of Financial (Profit & Loss) report has been reported to top management. The project comprises of, clarification package, Filtration packaged Aeration Package, sludge dewatering package, chemical package, and utility and sweater intake facility.Preparation of target variance reports to analyse progress activity wise.

Monitoring weekly measurements received from site engineers to analyse production on various items of works

CHIYODA-TECHNIP JOINT VENTURE-QATAR

• Schedule Engineer(CHIYODA) - Qatar Gas LNG Project: Process Train 6&7CTJV, Japan's Chiyoda and France's Technip Joint Venture, signed the contract for the engineering, procurement and construction of the Ras Gas onshore projects trains 6 and 7. Each train is designed to produce 7.8 million tonnes per year of liquefied natural gas, making them two of the world's largest LNG trains. Responsible for monitoring programs for subcontractor, controlling mile stones, analysis based on updated programme submitted by the subcontractors. Active involvement in the process area .underground piping and equipment erection and dress out scheduling
