VSPis expanding the existing TPP of 247.5 MW to meet power for 6.3MTPA Expansion with 1 No Turbo Generator (namely TG-5 of 67.5MW), 1No Turbo Blower (namely TB-4) and 1No Boiler of 330 Tons/Hr (namely BR-6) along with the associated units like Water Systems, Ash Handling Systems, Utility systems, Power generation & distribution to substation Grid, Illumination system and Fuel Conveyor system.

Role & Responsibility

·      Project Planning, scheduling, Monitoring, Updating and Progress reporting using Primavera (P6) & MS Project for TPP & PDS.

·      Making Daily, Weekly & Monthly presentations on the status of the project to Clients management and other statutory bodies regarding progress and highlighting the criticalities for sorting out the issues.

·      Identification, monitoring & streamlining of critical paths running through the Project Master Schedule and individual contracts.

·      Coordinating the project with the Client & different Agencies involved in the project and making the equipment available before erection activities taking up as per the sequence schedules.
