Mr. Bernosky has more than 25 years project controls and management experience in the chemical and refinery industries, mining, and retail construction.  Department Management responsibilities include all administrative, staffing and other duties for the largest project controls department in the corporation.  He has intimate knowledge and experience of project management from the contractor and client perspective, as well as Total Quality Management principles.  He is especially knowledgeable in all areas of scheduling, estimating, and cost control for major <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 />EPC expansion projects and turnarounds.
