Gregg has over sixteen years of broad based project experience in the feasibility, selection, design and construction phases of projects and a clear track record of delivery of large-scale projects such as Schools, Housing, Nursing Homes, Pharmaceutical Buildings and High-rise Buildings.

Having started out life as an Architectural Technician, Gregg has an in-depth understanding of the design process and BIM.

For the past five years, with his current firm Frank Haslam Milan, Gregg has specialised in Planning/Scheduling, Project Monitoring & Management, Cost & Resource Control and Design Management. He not only deals with the front end feasibility studies, which has a significant input into the D&B process, but also taking projects through from inception through to completion and reporting on the progress on those schemes. Value engineering and cost control are essential parts of his role when reviewing project documents, plans and schedules.
