      MIS reports and power point presentation to top management

      Tracking the schedule and monitoring projects.

      Conducting Site audits and training program for planning Team and site.

      Revision of Schedule at interval of every 3 months.

      Update the schedule of daily bases.

      Implementing the Last Planner method in site for effective use of resources.

      Supporting the ERP team in Testing and Developing of new software which support the project management.

       Supporting & Monitoring the Head office ERP team in project module such as planning, scheduling and assigning resources in ERP.

      Conducting the technical class to site team and in head office in Project management and planning tools.
