Senior Project Control (Planning &Costing) with 11years extensive international "hands-on" projects experience in planning, Scheduling, cost control, scope control, risk identification and mitigation, on varieties of projects ranging from Offshore, Energy, Gas Turbine Power Plant, Sewage Treatment Plant, Commercial and Residential Building, Qatar School Projects. Use earned value management (EVM) system and critical path method (CPM) to analyse and report project performances (% PV, %EV, SV, SPI, ETC), delays and extension of time (EOT) claims. Well versed in scheduling and monitoring EPC, lump sum projects and reimbursable cost projects. Fully responsible for the management of integrated activity planning (IAP) while ensuring cooperation with project stakeholders and project team to deliver project within the triple constraints (cost, time and scope). Directly involve in contract administration, strategic planning, and development of templates to support and promote organization’s strategic goals.
