Myself, Shebin Thomas, currently employed as a Planning and Scheduling Engineer in an EPCI organization dealing with all planning aspects of the running project. My main areas of working covers the following:

• Schedule (Primaver) preparation and analysis
• Project tracking with the aid of schedue (Critical Path Analysis)
• Progress monitoring and Reporting
• Engineering and Procurement follow up
• Earned Value analysis for potential risk identification and suggestions for improvement
• Conducting Progress and Co-ordination meetings with Client, Colleagues for dealing with issues
• Preparing Weekly, Monthly targets and generate Forecast plans in case of delays
• Advice Management regarding unforseen risks and give early warnings
• Dealing with Delay claims and Extension of Time claims
• Co-ordinating Planning department as a lead member

I found myself pro-active and I have great interest to acquire knowledge especially regarding the various concepts of Project Controls and hence I am here to learn, share, understand, apply and become an Expert.
