PROFILE:     

Over 30 years’ experience as a PROJECT PLANNER / SCHEDULER. Proficient understanding of the techniques and tools that go into creating and controlling a Project, in accordance with APM & PMI codes of practice (PBS, WBS, OBS, Dependencies, Network Diagrams, Resources, Critical Path Analysis, Quality Assurance and Risk Management). High level of computer skills (Microsoft and Lotus applications), including application writing, especially Artemis, Open Plan / Cobra, MS-Project (including Enterprise) and Primavera (P3, P3E, P6 & Contractor), plus ‘EVM’ and ‘S’ Curves.

PRIMAVERA:   

Over 20 years’ experience working with P3/P6 including Admin & Support. First introduction to P3 was with Carillion in 2001. During 2003 Carillion moved from P3 to P6, I was part of the transition team. I’ve used Primavera with the following companies; Carillion, Wessex Water, British Energy & Bombardier as the main software. With Boeing, L3 & Cobham I quite often had to work with P6 because of Sub-Contractor’s or the Customer’s requirements. Therefore, I have a lot of experience in Data Migration from MS-Project to Primavera and back again.
