Working with Descon Engineering Qatar as Planning Engineer from November 2011 to date. Project : Plateau Maintenance Project (PMP) On-Shore Facility Client : Qatar Gas (QG) Contractor : Technip Chiyoda Joint Venture (TCJV) Responsibilities

 Prepare & implement progress monitoring formats for DPMS (DESCON Progress Monitoring System)

 Responsible for preparing all documents relating progress measurement and monitoring.

 Assist Sr. Planning Engineer (analyzes drawings, specifications and SOW) for preparation of activity networks for project planning and scheduling.

 Preparation and implementation of three month and four week look ahead plan.

 Assists Sr. Planning Engineer for Preparation of program master schedule and perform critical path analysis.

 Updating four week look ahead plan on a regular basis for project management reporting.

 Coordinate with Resource Coordinator for manpower & equipment requirements and overall coordination to ensure optimum utilization of resources.

 Prepares status reports and maintains the issue register and lesson learnt register

 Monitor resource distribution on daily basis.

 Maintains liaison with the project and field personnel for schedule revisions and updates.

 Assists Sr. Engineer to identify the critical path of the project to ensure that all activities falling on the critical path are completed on time so as not to delay the project

 To monitor the progress of work against the baseline schedule and preparation of weekly and monthly management reports.

 Assist in updating program master schedule on a regular basis for project management reporting.

 Documentation throughout the cycle of the project.

 Frequent communication with client and project team members.
