Currently Planning Manager in Anglian Water @one Alliance. Functionally responsible for a team of around 25 Planners engaged on Water and Water Recycling projects including treatment plants and pipelines.

Experience gained in planning of Gas Turbine and Diesel Engine power plants including CHP and Combined Cycle.

Previous experience of P3 and P3e v4, currently using Microsft EPM where I am the lead Planner for around 200 schedules. All schedules are resourced with both manpower and materials and cost loaded.

Resources used to predict forward manpower requirements and provdie monitoring tools to site so that performance of site teams output can be measured.

Experienced in managing large portfolio of programmes with a team of three Planners working for me.

Also responsible for ensuring compliance with NRSWA and TMA legislation.
