Over 5 years’ experience managing and delivering projects on both service and client side. Experience ranges from small sized projects to major CAPEX projects for refinery, chemical, naval (O&G) and renewable (wind power) industries. Having worked in a variety of environments from office based projects, shipyard and offshore locations; and having lived in different countries, I have developed excellent communication and relationship skills. Common to all projects has been my client centric, results focused approach.  ACHIEVEMENTS: • On time in full delivery of the installation, commissioning and sea trials for a new vessel Major CAPEX project by the creation of high-detail schedules and intense follow-up and coordination onsite. This was the first Technip vessel delivered on schedule. • Creation and implementation of new planning control system in order to coordinate the different project disciplines. This resulted in the completion of the FEED study on time. • Delivered a successful “End of FEED” Cost Estimation by proactively engaging cross discipline groups. Following this, I delivered the cost estimation presentation to the client which became a key dependency to winning the continuation of the project through a 4 years EPC contract.  Languages: Spanish, English, French, Catalan.
