Mr. Evans experience in large-scale program and project management, information technology management, governance, systems acquisition, systems engineering, contract management, and business financial management experience with Federal civilian agency and DoD clients. As of December 2010, he is one of three people globally who hold current certifications, as a PMP, PMI-SP, EVP, and PSP. He is a subject matter expert in structured development methodologies. Mr. Evans works on projects assessed at Capability Maturity ModelĀ® (CMM) Level 3 and CMM-Integrated (CMMI) Level 5.
