Mr. Evans experience in large-scale program and project management, information technology management, governance, systems acquisition, systems engineering, contract management, and business financial management experience with Federal civilian agency and DoD clients. As of December 2010, he is one of three people globally who hold current certifications, as a PMP, PMI-SP, EVP, and PSP. He is a subject matter expert in structured development methodologies. Mr. Evans works on projects assessed at Capability Maturity Model® (CMM) Level 3 and CMM-Integrated (CMMI) Level 5. He has experience in controlling and simultaneously integrating multiple large, complex, multidisciplinary projects in an uncertain environment. Mr. Evans implements earned value management for his clients and his own projects. He has experience with Primavera on construction and other projects in addition to experience in performing Schedule Risk Analysis for NASA projects. Brian has as formal training in scheduling tools (Primavera, Microsoft Project) and a reputation for completing thorough SRAs. In addition, he understands the linkage of schedule analysis to cost analysis and EVM.
