Prepare Project Schedule using MS Project and Primavera P6.
- Update planning data in planning software (Microsoft Project, Primavera).
- Review, comment, accept Project procedures, schedules at define stage execution plans
- Prepare weekly / monthly progress reports & comparison between Project Master Plan & actual execution
- Generate critical path from Project Schedule
- Assign required Project Resources – Manpower, Equipment & Materials
- Prepare cash flows & material tracking reports
- Monitor Project critical path, potential delays, risks and opportunities, cost estimations
- Track manpower histogram by sub-contracts/ forecast and estimate of manpower required
- to Set up the Reference Schedules
- to Prepare specific detailed schedules
- to Implement the Progress Monitoring System
- to Follow up and to analyze actual status, to forecast possible deviations and to propose corrective actions as much as necessary to meet the reference schedules
- to Prepare internal and external reporting
- to Perform analysis and planning studies as necessary
- to Prepare the planning feed back report
- to Liaise with clients / sub-contractors
