·         Project Cash Flow and Budget Preparation

·         Quantity Survey and preparation of the Bill of Quantities

·         Cycle Time Analysis of Equipments and Activities

·         Management Information System (MIS) – Various Report preparations

o   Daily Progress Reports

o   Weekly Progress Reports

o   Monthly Progress Reports

·         Periodic review of the action plan and preparation of the makeup plan for the backlog activities in order to complete the task on scheduled date.
