I am 35 years old and Married. I have graduated Industrial Engineering from Institute Technology of 10 November Surabaya with satisfied predicate and have GPA of 3.13. I am started my career at PT PAL INDONESIA (Ship Building and Heavy Industries – please visit the web site www.pal.co.id) in Surabaya on June 1996 as a Supervisor Fabrication Process at Construction Department, in War ship division. And the same time of I am working.I am also studying until get college degree S1. Since then I have been involved in the Production Planning Control Department on 1999, my duties is making schedule project to production process of some shipbuilding also developed the man hour standard as well as making monthly production report. I am also responsible for involved in-house subcontractor, begin from negotiation, progress controlling until evaluation cost and quality work of the subcontractor. In 2002, I have believed to occupy position Assistant Manager Production Planning Control Department, field Analysis and Evaluation. My key duties was to monitorand make the analysis and evaluate about the running some project, including also made the analysis of the requirement man powerand co-operated with the side financial to analysis the cost surplus or minus that in caused some project. I’m familiar make budgeting, controlling, and analysis system of Financial. The last position in PT Pal Indonesia, as Assistant Manager Procurement Planning and control in Material Division.

Last year, i hasbeen member Construction Department PT FREEPORT INDONESIA since May 2005. PT Freeport Indonesia (PTFI) is a contractor of the Government of Indonesia, a Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. (FCX) subsidiary operating in Papua, the easternmost province of Indonesia. PTFI operations involve mineral exploration and development, and the mining and milling of ore containing copper, gold, and silver. PTFI markets the concentrate containing these metals worldwide. PTFI is also a 25% owner of PT Smelting (Gresik – East Java, Indonesia), which operates a copper smelter and refinery in Indonesia.  My key duties is Assist supervisor in the planning and scheduling of the manpower and material provision for construction to ensure that construction works accommodate all project requirement according to schedule and budgeted man-hours and meets company safety standards and procedures.

Currently  i am Project Control Plan in Ivanhoe mining on Mongolian,I am dedicated, energetic, and I am also happy to learning something new that I have never known before.
