• Planning and scheduling of ongoing projects along with monitoring and progress calculation. Implementation of Progress Calculation methods, Project Monitoring System, Planning Package (Primavera P6) and Detail Engineering document tracking system as Lead – Planning and Control.

Participating in Project Kick-off Meeting, Preparation of Project Schedule (L1, L2, L3 and L4), Progress S-Curve projection and updating for ongoing projects, Monitoring of DCI & MCI, Variance Analysis, Preparation of Weekly & Monthly Look ahead Plans, Catch-up Plans and Revised Schedules of Detailed Engineering Projects. Participating in internal Meetings to discuss Look-ahead Plan, resolve pending issues and clear backlogs.
