- Analyze and review the scope of work, client requirements, division of responsibility, project objectives and constraints to develop the strategy for effective project delivery.
- Develop master project EPS structure, project & sub-project structure, activity ID structure, activity codes, WBS, OBS, EWPs & CWPs, define & develop resources dictionaries , cost accounts, allocate resources to activities, assign unit rates and lump-sump costs and determine original budgets.

- Preparation, Review & Publishing of MIS & Monthly, Weekly, daily reports and Presentations, using bar Charts, S-Curve and presenting the same to the Project Manager & Client.
- Coordination & Monitoring of all installation and fabrication works which included material flow Planning, Purchase for long lead delivery items and Coordinate with the Procurement team for timely delivery of materials
- Maintain & update all Schedules, collecting actual data, evaluating dates to completion and Project delays by effective monitoring of actual progress and productivity compared with the scheduled baselines.
- Review monthly the forecasts to complete, any deviation from baselines.
- Prepare two and four Week look-a head’s Plan and Histograms.
- Preparation of Cost reports, Cost trend/analysis, Cost projections/Cash flow, Cost code of accounts, progress billing, Cost estimation, price & quantity reconciliation with the client prior invoicing and payment.
- Establishment of work performance measurement tools and techniques for installation sequencing and ensuring & verification of works are being reported.
- Anchoring on-site Construction Activities to ensure completion of Project within the time & cost parameters and effective Resource utilization to maximize the output.
- Analyse the labour productivity and Planned for the labour requirement and manpower allocation.
- Providing and obtaining the feedback from all Key Persons (Project Manager, Construction Manager, Supervisors, and Quantity Surveyors, etc).
- Guiding draughtsman to complete the layout and related drawings as per the client requirement necessary for execution monitoring of works.
- Identifying bottlenecks and making recommendation in areas of slippage.
- Involvement in the preparation of Construction Completion Inspection Test Records, & Pre- commissioning Inspection Test Records.
- Maintaining the Log of Issues/Constraints and Concerns.
- Coordination with client and subcontractors to sort out schedule / claim related issues and helping management to solve several relevant problems.
