Experience in multi billion Petrochem, Oil & Gas, Power and LNG projects Worldwide(middle East, N Africa, Europe, Scandinavia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Australia).

Currently responsible for the development and management of the project controls and estimating department. Responsible for policy and procedure, interviews, hiring, performance reviews, salary adjustments, coaching and mentoring, assignments, conflict resolution and team building.

Acts in the leadership role for the oversight of all project control aspects of projects handled by the Company.
The role includes peer reviews of project controls and estimating activities and regular audits of the teams work products. Carries prime responsibility for project controls and estimate presentations at local executive and to the corporate Board.

Hands on knowledge of Primavera P6 software, Synchro and Risk Analysis and has championed the implementation of formal risk assessments leading to appropriate calculations for contingency allowances.

Served as Chaiman of the British Chemical Engineering Contractors Association Project Controls Committee before moving overseas.
