Thirty four years of Domestic and International experience in engineering, construction and procurement business including lump sum projects in the Oil & Gas sector.

Responsibilities include:
Professional team leader for project control activities as planning, scheduling, cost control and document control.
Development of project plans and schedules for tenders and for full-scope contract execution reflecting all stages of functional execution through project close out.
Expertise in master project plan development, also in the adapting of organization tools as work breakdown structure and organization breakdown structure.
Generation of cost and schedule data for proposal submissions.
Participate in vendor and contractors bid evaluation and reviews.
Implement suitable procedures for project control and record keeping. Develop and maintain integrated systems to support project control and project traceability. Also assure all systems related to project control are installed satisfactory and are operating effectively.
Develop the cost baseline, report of commitments, cost reporting, cost forecasts, labor contract cost and additional work order cost.
Experience in transform the project cost estimate into the project control budget in a measurable and traceable form.
Generate progress reports, performance analysis and special contingency reports for management.
