• B.Sc, Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering-Alexandria
• Diploma in Construction Management, Faculty of Engineering-Alexandria
• Diploma in Construction Engineering & Project Management, Arab
Academy for Science and Technology.
• Member, International Project Management Association(IPMA), titled as
Certified Project Manager (Level C).
• Member, Egyptian Syndicate of Engineers.
• Project Cost Control course from The American University.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Comprehensive knowledge of Project Controls work processes including
Planning and Scheduling.
• Constructing work break down structure and organization charts.
• Using primavera for organizing and planning projects including formation
of all resource plans and updating all activities progresses, analyzing
variances to give corrective actions.
• Calculating required resources & formation of internal budgets
• Project management correspondence control, attending progress and
management meetings with the Client, holding meetings internally and
with sub-contractors.
• Progress reporting and performance analysis reports, also responsible for
contract administration, claims and Quantity Surveying.

COMPUTER SKILLS

• Use spreadsheets for Projects Budgets, Estimating Project resources,
Monitoring & Evaluating Project Progress, Reporting of Project Status
including Progress, Quantities, Productivity, manpower & Equipment,
Civil Works Quantity Surveying.
• Very good knowledge of Primavera for scheduling and MS office.
