Proficient in work scope development, project execution strategy, work breakdown structure, organization breakdown structure, establishing milestones and activities definition, determine logical sequences, estimate activity durations, resource allocation & risk management. Have a large experience in preparation and developing high level and detailed Schedules. Experienced in programme maintenance, update and re-planning.
