Providing information and guidance to ensure the productive and timely completion of the project through the preparation, coordination and continuous up-dating of an overall program for the site. Providing a full planning, work management and analysis of activities. Ensuring plans are tracked and reported. Highlighting and offering solutions to problems. Monitoring of site progress and preparation of weekly ‘look ahead’ to maintain objectives and agreed milestones. Man-hour criteria for all activities i.e. histogram.  Mark-up drawings weekly to assess. Assist in the development and maintaining of the department budget cost estimates. Review of existing material and equipment schedules and obtain updated delivery information from the relevant departments, cost control.
