- Developing Work Execution Schedule (Primavera P3, P6 and Microsoft Projects)
- Determine Resources for planned works
- Distribution of Look Ahead’s
- Developing and maintaining of Equipment Maintenance Schedule
- Guidance to all work fronts to maintain time line for activities
- Maintain standards of Planning and comply with Company’s Planning & Scheduling requirements.
- Take action in rectifying problems in the workplace or suggest amendments to the schedule.
- Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirement
- Reporting to the top management on planning issues in the timely manner
- Drawing up Manpower Histograms and Progress Curves
- Keeping track of all Civil, Structural and Piping activities (level 5)
- Tracking PF (productivity factor) on the weekly basis
