I am an experienced Planning and Project Controls Specialist with a proven background in pragmatic NEC application on multi-disciplined EPC projects, combined with Detailed Design, resource performance measurement and extensive contractor performance measurement & control capability.

I am able to communicate requirements and results in a flexible manner to all levels of the organisation and I am familiar with a wide range of planning & office software.

Sectors that I have experience of include Water Infrastructure Renewal, Cross-Country Pipelines, Light Rail and Major Nuclear Projects with values ranging between 5m and 1.2B.

The pressure and ever changing challenges of a project environment brings the best out of me.

I have always used my creativity and imagination to ensure the team has adopted the right project strategy and that everyone is in sync, in my experience it’s about making the message clear and simple, the detail can cloud judgment, so it sits with me.

Once the strategy is agreed I will put the appropriate control measures in place that will ensure that the project’s performance, good or bad, is rooted in fact.
