Currently Programme Controls Manager for IP East Midlands for Network Rail. I have been a programme controls manager for the past three years in NR. Until last April I also manage the team in York.

I managed the installation and set up of Primavera enterprise into NR in 2004 and maning the admin team for the enterprise team. This was P3e version 4 and and was upgraded to version 5. In 2008 I move away for the admin and into development and acted a Principal Programme Planner for the National Deliver Planning team.

I am considered by others an expert planner for both Railway Infrastucture Delivery, Netwrok Access and IT projects including the integration of programmes across the business.

About to move to become Snr Programme Manager for the KV MRT project for MMC Gamuda in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Taking on responsiblity for the delivery of the civils programme and reviewing their P6 reporting and management.
