I have extensive experience in the following project categories

This includes conceptual engineering, detailed design, material procurement and management, project management, construction and commissioning management. The importance of proper front end planning for successful project execution cannot be over-stressed. It is vital to establish a robust project structure and WBS, as this will support the relationships between work processes and the business through the life of the project. Having worked on mega projects I have Project Controls experience of all aspects of EPCM Projects from the beginning right through to the commissioning and hand over. My proven track record and strengths include leadership, communication, commitment, organization, reporting skills, mentoring, attention to detail, experience, cost control, record keeping, claim evaluation, ERP process and procedures orientated, planning, scheduling and cost control. (Not in any particular order). My pet hates are duplication, rework, and any form of waste. I endeavour to instill best practice into every sphere of my work, and in turn, pass on lessons learnt to develop others.
