CAPABILITIES:

• Study of Project Scope and contract to understand the Scope / WBS, interface constraint and progress monitoring philosophy.
• Preparation of Project Master Control Schedule, and “S” Curves with the Project team, and approval from Client under challenging circumstances.
• Brief Summary reports of critical task / Critical path activities for Project Management with recommended suggestion.
• Follow-up with Engineering for timely deliverable related with Purchase orders and site construction as well.
• To figure out the expected hidden problem and their solution to help the project execution team.
• Almost absolute control of Project objectives, resulting in realization of schedules at sites. Successful effort to coordinate with Procurement regarding the deliverables as per Site need dates.
• Preparation of the Monthly targets (Key performance indicator) of Project.
• Review and consented of Contractors (10 Major Contractors) schedules.
• Generation of Monthly Look-ahead plans, reports, trending and forecasting. Preparation of Weekly/ Monthly progress reports.
• Evaluate change orders / Extension of time from Contractors and those to Client
• Work with Client as part of task force to identify areas that require action to ensure that the schedule millstones were maintained.
• Develop recovery plans with the coordination of construction manager and calculate resources accordingly.
• Involve in pre-commissioning and commissioning plans developments.
• Participation in the management meetings with client and Sub contractors.
• Preparation of Presentation for high level Management.
