27+ years of experience in Oil and Gas industry, working mainly in Oil Extraction and Refining industrial facilities and Petrochemical, mainly in programming and planning positions since 1988, and Cost Estimation and Control since 1991.

During that time I held several positions ranging from Planning Assistant to Project Manager, Operations Manager and Estimates / Planning Manager, with extensive experience in Project Execution in its different phases / stages, execution of Turnarounds and maintenance; meeting focused on the goals and objectives through implementation of best practices to ensure the execution of the work in the optimal and most secure manner.

Professional training to work in multidisciplinary teams with ability to lead and supervise staff, effective management of stress, and knowledge / skills to perform work under pressure. Management, knowledge and experience in key support functions such as labor relations, Recruitment, Contract Administration and Change Management and Claims. International work experience with multinational companies and contractors operating in Venezuela (PDVSA, SINCOR, CERRO NEGRO, SIDOR), Aruba (Coastal, El Paso and Valero), Trinidad & Tobago (Yara, PCS, Methanex, CNC, PLNL, Petrotrin and Proman-IPSL).
