Mostafa is a Senior planning engineer responsible for the planning and controlling of various construction projects for KAMCO ( Eastern Region).
He actively worked withmain clients (Aramco ,Sabic, SK, Samsung,.etc.)
Before working at KAMCO, Mostafa was a Project Manager responsible for executing and controlling of various construction projects for SRACO ( Eastern Region).
Earlier, he was a senior planning engineer responsible for planning and controlling of Energy Business Unit projects in AL GIHAZ CO.LTD.(Riyadh- K.S.A.)
As part of PromaStar team, he worked as senior project management consultant providing consultancy on project management information systems based on Primavera Enterprise suite (P3e), where he helped in the implementation of P3e in public and private sector organizations such as: The construction department of the Center Of Development Of Projects (CDP), Ministry of Interior (MOI), as well as in El-Fouzan Trading and Construction Co., Riyadh- K.S.A. Those implementations were part of establishing the PMO in these organizations. He was also member of the PMO operation team in Jeddah Municipality.
Beforeworking as consultant in K.S.A, he actively managed many construction projects in the fields of housing and infrastructure projects in Egypt (More than 13 years experience in Potable and Waste Water works). He was employed in small and big construction companies and then in a government agency responsible for the planning and execution of all infrastructure projects in one of the Egyptian governorates (NOPWASED).

A- From April 2002 to June 2006 Program Manager / Projects Director National Organization for Potable and Wastewater – Aswan City, Egypt.
Duties & Main Responsibilities: § Managing a portfolio of projects consisting of three programs and total of 9 projects mainly in developing the infrastructure in Aswan City, one of the tourist centers in south Egypt, and hence, in the focal point of local and national interests. §Managing over 6 technical consultant offices, 20 contractors and suppliers (Egyptian and International). §Liaising with Governmental Agencies in Cairo to secure approvals and funding for the infrastructure projects in Egypt. §Monitoring and controlling the projects portfolio and presenting the summarized information to HE the Governor of Aswan, the local politicians, the executives of our organization and high-rank politicians and ministerial visitors from Cairo. §Attending the bi-weekly monitoring meetings with the leaders of other local authority to coordinate for the street works. §Actively managing the initiation and closing the projects and its transformation to the operating services authorities. §Reviewing the master plans and schedules of the projects. Generally, supervising planning, executing monitoring and controlling activities of the projects.
