Neill I am a construction planner working for a PM consultancy in Adbu Dhabi.
I started my Career as a site Planner with Costain at the Gamages Redevelopment in Holborn in 1978. I worked on the constracting side until 1990, when I switched to consulting.
I have spent most of my working life in the UK but have had spells in Hong Kong, Jorden, The Bahamas, New Zealand, The US and the UAE.
I have experience in most sectors and my role for the last few years has been Planning Manager on a number of major Programs.
I have also a lot of experience in delay analysis and have acted as an expert witness on a number of occasions.
