Project management consultant, I have been working in project control for fifteen years, in prestigious French companies, on more and more huge and complex projects, in different sectors in France or abroad.

Knowing that the Work Breakdown Structure is the heart of the project control, during my different missions, I developed an approach to structure quickly and well the projects: the 3D WBS model. I think that most of my add value is to establish it at the beginning of the project and then create a system to manage costs and time linked together, taking in account the risks.

I have a good knowledge of the project management theory, I have already written three books, published by the French Normalization Association (AFNOR). I’ve just finished another book about 3D project management. I use to write some articles which are published in the project management workbooks of the AFNOR or in the French Project Management Association (AFITEP).

Because I practiced in a lot of grand companies, I have also a good knowledge of project management tools like PRIMEVERA P6, MS PROJECT or TILOS.

I can develop personalized tools, specifics to the projects and the needs, in VBA EXCEL, VBA ACCESS or in Visual Basic .NET. Recently I developed a cost estimation software for SYSTRA’s projects.

Specialist in project management (especially time, costs and risks), I like to transmit my knowledge, to train and to manage these elements.

The more the project is huge and complex, the more I add value.
