A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Master of Engineering Major in Civil Engineering.  Experienced in construction of buildings and infrastructure projects for more than twenty (20) years working in various local and international construction and consulting firms as planning engineer, engineering head, site inspector, project coordinator, and project engineer.  Worked with construction companies in Libya, Trinidad & Tobago and Brunei Darussalam, and with a consulting firm in Saudi Arabia.  A former part-time university lecturer handling engineering subjects in the Philippines.  Presently working as planning engineer at Saudi Consulting Services assigned at the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) project in Riyadh, K.S.A., and a part-time resource lecturer of Primavera-P6 Training to members of the PICE-Riyadh Region International Chapter.
