As a Project Planner in the Rail Industry for 10 years, I am responsible for developing resourced tender programmes and then progressing to contractual programmes as well as dealing with live updates and cost reporting.

I take a hands on approach to obtaining up to date information from individuals involved on a project at all levels. My reports are detailed with a narrative of changes and early warnings that are tailored to the recipient.

My main focus is transparency of the programme and its workings to allow easy flow of information.

I have provided detailed resource utilisation and limit data and reported to board level for consideration in the tender Go- No Go process.

I also have experience mentoring and line managing an Assistant Planning team.

I have experience of most GRIP stages design/install and Test/Commission in most of the Rail disciplines (Signalling/ Civils/ M&E/ Electrification/ Level Crossings) and currently work with a Telecoms team.
