Commercially and technically capable Civil Engineer with a background in major civil and highways construction projects in Australia and in the UK. Now specialising as a Delay Analyst and Programming Consultant where I have utilised my project management background to develop a high standard of Critical Path analysis whilst providing planning and quantum support during the contract dispute resolution process. I have worked on behalf of both contractor and client on major power, rail, civil and building projects under many forms of contract and supported claims through various ADR processes. I specialise in Retrospective delay analysis and CPM Analysis.
