Nicholas has acted on behalf of Clients, Main Contractors and Sub-Contractors, in the Water, Rail, Highways, Telecommunications and Marine Industries. He has extensive experience from strategic organisational programmes to individual project control roles, managing both multidisciplinary teams on multi million pound projects to complex strategic programmes of work across organisations and geographical locations. His detailed experience and knowledge of project controls across the whole project lifecycle process in addition to the skills of developing and implementing high level lean organisational strategies, ensures he is a proactive and positive team leader in the consulting, contracting and subcontracting environments.
