I live in Ashford, Kent, Have worked in construction for nearly 30 years, hands on, also 3 years in rail.

I started as a labourer then as painter decorator the hands on building, then moving into rail as a cable puller working my way up to possession planner in the office organising work possessions for access, attending progress meetings and working with project manager and P3 planner where i stood in for P3 planner covering his work when on leave, where my passion for P3 developed.

This led me to self funding a basic diploma in project management, IOSH working safely, self funding P3 learning.

Although I am mature I believe this is an advantage bringing loyalty, willingness to learn and staying put as opposed to flitting between jobs chasing money,  I am also looking for work and the chance to get my foot in the door as a scheduler to start and willing to start at the very bottom of the ladder.l
