Ryan has thirteen years experience in the design, supervision, project management and project planning, of diverse international multi-million dollar infrastructure project.  Having worked in MTRC and KCRC for nine years, Ryan fully understands clients’ requirements, enabling him to deliver services to the highest standards. Specializing in project management, project controls, construction planning, and contract formulation, Ryan has worked on numerous feasibility, preliminary and detailed design railway projects in Hong Kong, New Delhi, and Kuala Lumpur.  He is currently acting as Senior Planning Engineer for Central – Wanchai Bypass (Central Interchange) Project.  He has vast experience in developing and managing project management procedures on MTRC and former KCRC projects in Hong Kong.
