Sean is an experienced project controls professional, predominantly in rail and other heavy industrial sites on a combination of upgrade works and new facility construction.

Sean is able to draw on experiences gained through his involvement in several multi-billion dollar projects here in Australia and overseas, along with that gained on smaller projects with significant physical constraints to construction co-ordination.

Sean is experienced in the use of risk based project planning and cost estimating tools, which assist project teams to understand the probabilistic range of possible outcomes and the factors that have the most influence on the overall project outcome. 

Sean has demonstrated he is capable in a team and has a solid understanding of what must be done to deliver successful projects.  Sean has a particular long term interest in social dynamics of teams and helping teams achieve long term success.
