• Identify Interfaces and Programme Constraints and  Development of Programme Commentary / Planning information required for Progress Reports
• Allocate project costs or resources to a project schedule to create S-Curves.
• Creation of ‘Overall’ project S-Curve and S-Curves for each of the main project disciplines (i.e. Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, T&A etc).
• Rebasing of schedules and S-curves inline with Change Orders or other contractual documents.
• Training and mentoring of Trainee Project Planner. Ensuring adherence to the formal training plan and measurement and evaluation of competency.
• Attend and contribute to internal project and customer meetings, as required.
• Liaise with customer planning representatives.
• Creation of any ad-hoc departmental reports in Primavera as deemed necessary by the Director.
• Provision of project performance data, project schedules in a concise and timely manner as required by the projects teams.
• Successful in identifying any project deviations, slippage reports and communication of same to the senior members of the team.
• Ensuring that all issues within the programme are highlighted and understood by Senior Management and giving appropriate planning advice.
• Deliver the Period Programme Update and information regarding changes and delays that have impacted the programme on a period by period basis.
