Main duties and achievements:-

• Responsible for preparing all base line programs for every branch and connect all together using the sub-project at primavera software.
• Responsible for preparing and forecasting all needed resources and installed them for the approved base line program.
• Responsible for preparing and forecasting project cash in/out flow comparing to our planned values.
• Updating the program as a weekly/monthly bases doing any program acceleration what ever it need
• Supervising all site engineers as a daily bases for any missing or needed data or for owner phasing problems sending all needed letters for the engineer.
• Preparing all NPDs (Notifications of possible delay) and follow up the replays and date counter form the engineer.
• Generating contractual correspondence in connection with the above.
• Preparing claims event (Extension of Time and cost overheads) and send for approval

  • Preparing a weekly progress report for our company head office.
