• Preparation of procurement control register generated from purchase orders to vendors and service orders to subcontractors for effective monitoring of the different phases of equipment manufacturing and production.
• Prepare periodic reports addressing budgeted man-hour & costs, committed costs, expended man-hour & costs and cost to completion to generate progress, cash flows and cost performance indices and graphs for management analysis.
• Prepare periodic progress reports addressing schedule trends, project risks and actions taken.
