- Set up comprehensive agreed Work Breakdown Structure and Cost Breakdown Structure.

- Collecting actual progress information from all responsible supervisors ( Design, Procurement / Fabrication, Installation, etc.) and if require visiting site for monitoring progress.
- Updating the Programme Based on the actual progress and changes.
- Updating Project status monitoring charts and KPIs .
- Loading actual cost and progress into Programme and Preparing Earned Value & Variance analysis.
- Preparing Actual progress and earned value and variance reports.
- Assisting Project Manager in Periodic Progress meetings with project progress and analysis reports.
- Meeting and Verification of Progress of Design, Procurement and Site Installation from Sub-contractors
- Generate and maintaining weekly/monthly reports and dashboards.
- Providing regular reports and feedback to management on project progress. Including resource loading, earned value forecasting and reporting.
- Compilation of Delay Claim data and presentation of various programmes & diagrams comparison senarios.
- Preparing Bid / Tender programme Programme with resource and cost loaded to plan the cash flow.

- Having 25 years of experience in planning wide range of building services projects.
- Having sound knowledge of Project Planning and Project Management tools.
- Having comprehensive knowledge & experience of Mechanical, Electrical & ELV specialist systems used in modern Airports, Commercial, Residential and Industrual constructions.
- Proficient in the use of Primavera Project Planner Ver. 6 and all earlier versions (P6,P5,P3e,& P3).
- Proficient in Microsoft Projects Ver. 2011 and earlier versions.
- I have sound experience in using Asta Power Project and Artemise.
- I am proficient in converting Programme one system to another including PDF format.
- Worked on wide range of Mechanical, Electrical, ELV System projects coordinating .
- Worked on Airport Building Management System and Fire Alarm System.
- Worked in the Chilled Water, Domestic Water and Utilities projects.
- Worked on Fabrication and Installation of Petro Chemical and Off shore Drilling Platform.
- Although, I am from Mechanical Engineering background I have handled many Electrical Power Lighting, Fire Alarm System, Access controls, Security Systems.
