• Set up comprehensive agreed Work Breakdown Structure and Cost Breakdown Structure.
• Set up Activity Code Structure for proper organization and presentation of programme.
• Collection of details of all the essential activities from Drawings, BOQ, Drawing schedules, master programme etc. from start to finish of the project with all dependencies.
• Study and adapt relevant Standard and format as required.
• Develop and agree on task prioritising / methodology / sequence of activities of inter-related trades.
• Develop Contracts Programme with all delivery milestone dates and working Programmes with versatile organizing / presenting facilities as per NEC3 requirement.
• Integrate and develop overall schedules which clearly identify all critical interfaces from Design, procurement and fabrication, to installation and hook-up / commissioning.
• Perform critical path and float analysis.
• Facilitate to present the schedule in Multi-level format.
• Produce schedules for project review for various development options. 
• Carry out ‘what if’ planning for scenario planning as required for options. 
• Resource & Cost load the programme and determine the Labour requirement and Cash Flow.
• Design and prepare detailed and summarized progress monitoring chart for site supervisors and stakeholders.
• Support the Project Manager to implement a credible baseline schedule for the full scope work.
• Collecting actual progress information from all responsible supervisors ( Design, Procurement / Fabrication, Installation,  etc.) and if require visiting site for monitoring progress.
• Updating the Programme Based on the actual progress and changes.
• Updating Project status monitoring charts and KPIs .
• Loading actual cost and progress into Programme and Preparing Earned Value & Variance analysis.
• Preparing Actual progress and earned value and variance reports.
• Assisting Project Manager in Periodic Progress meetings with project progress and analysis reports.
• Meeting and Verification of Progress of Design, Procurement and Site Installation from Sub-contractors
• Generate and maintaining weekly/monthly reports and dashboards. 
• Providing regular reports and feedback to management on project progress. Including resource loading, earned value forecasting and reporting.
• Compilation of Delay Claim data and presentation of various programmes & diagrams comparison senarios.
• Preparing Bid / Tender programme Programme with resource and cost loaded to plan the cash flow.

Experience

• Having 25 years of experience in planning wide range of building services projects.
• Having sound knowledge of Project Planning and Project Management tools. 
• Having comprehensive knowledge & experience of Mechanical, Electrical & ELV specialist systems used in modern Airports, Commercial, Residential and Industrual  constructions.
• Proficient in the use of Primavera Project Planner Ver. 6 and all earlier versions (P6,P5,P3e,& P3).
• Proficient in Microsoft Projects Ver. 2011 and earlier versions.
• I have sound experience in using Asta Power Project and Artemise.
• I am proficient in converting Programme one system to another including PDF format.
• Worked on wide range of  Mechanical, Electrical, ELV System projects coordinating .
• Worked on Airport Building Management System and Fire Alarm System.
• Worked in the Chilled Water, Domestic Water and Utilities projects.
• Worked on Fabrication and Installation of Petro Chemical and Off shore Drilling Platform.
• Although, I am from Mechanical Engineering background I have handled many Electrical Power Lighting, Fire Alarm System, Access controls, Security Systems.
• Experience working on fast track project delivery environment.
