Position                     :       Senior Project Controls Engineer

Responsibilities          :        Developing / Updating / Monitoring of Engineering – Procurement - Construction plan for EPC projects.

Develop project progress measurement system and monitoring of project progress in respective Phase, Area, Discipline, Unit etc.

Prepare Chart of Accounts (COA), Project Invoice, Cash Flow, Budgeting, Resource Histograms etc from Estimating matrix.

Project Monitoring with the help of Functional Schedule , Drawing and Document Schedule,  ‘S’ curves ,  Progress Reports, Variance report, Productivity analysis reports, Manpower Projection etc.

Prepare and update Change Management and Risk Registers. And Monitor the status of risks and contingency.

Develops the WBS and Cost coding structure for control and requirements as defined by the contract, execution plan and estimating matrix.

Review project schedules and control procedures submitted by consultants and contractors.

Develop programs in Access for Progress measurement, Time tracking, Resource planning, Daily Reports etc.

Analyzes cost and schedule data to identify trends and potential problem areas.

Coordination and interfacing with client for project execution in terms of cost and schedule.

Prepare weekly look ahead schedule, activity reports, weekly Construction S-curves, manpower histograms etc. 

Prepare Monthly Project Review and Project Status Report for the top management.

Deal with Client, Consultant, Vendors and Sub-contractors.

Preparation of Staffing Plans and tracking of man hours on the project.

Setting up Project Control plan and procedures for the EPC job.
