• Managed a multi-million Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning (EPIC) project (approx. 900M US$) for the ESSO KTT Project in Australia.
• Oversaw and established all project controls procedures and methodologies.
• Led and analyzed the creation of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) and Resource Breakdown Structure (RBS).
• Analyzed budgetary constraints as to profit & loss, cash flows, and trend forecasting.
• Directed and led a team of project controls engineers in the efficient monitoring and tracking of the project.
• Developed and managed Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
