  • Managed a multi-million Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning (EPIC) project (approx. 900M US$) for the ESSO KTT Project in Australia.
  • Oversaw and established all project controls procedures and methodologies.
  • Led and analyzed the creation of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) and Resource Breakdown Structure (RBS).
  • Analyzed budgetary constraints as to profit & loss, cash flows, and trend forecasting.
