I am Kaushik Mohanty   I have done My Post graduation in construction management from National institute of advance construction management and research(NICMAR).   I have 8 yrs of experience in construction industry.   I have more than 5yrs of experience in construction management  ad project planning in various prestigious projects.   I have work in Dubai metro rail project as a senior Planning engineer and then joined Mumbai metro rail project as a plnning Manager.   Currently i am working as a Project Planning Manager in Prestigous Mumbai Mono rail project which is 1st happening 1st time in India.   I have work as a Planner for MEP work,civil construction work & system work and also have expertize in preparing interface planning.Being a planner i have furtunate to work under every sectors (MEP,Systems,civil) of construction work activities in Metro rail & Mono rail projects.   I also have worked as project controller where i have done cost control and monitoring.   I have no objection to work any part of the world suite to my profile.     I have my interest to continue my work as a project Planning and coordination personel in large scale projects where i can exposed to various challanges and also to contribute to achive the goal of the organization through my previous experience.
