I am an engineering and management consultant with experience in senior and general management roles in the construction, mining, rail, transportation, engineering and telecommunications sectors.In this role, I work with companies to build and manage teams, plan and implement strategic management initiatives, manage and deliver large projects, undertake financial and cost management and analysis, and implement systems and processes toachieve business objectives.I have a background in delivering major projects in the resource sector, most recently for the EPC delivery of the Roy Hill Iron Ore Project, the finalisation of the feasibility study for Asia Iron’s Extension Hill Magnetite Project, and EPCM services for theFMG T155 Rail Expansion.Prior to this I held State, Operations and General Manager roles, responsible for forming leading management teams, facilitatingsuccessful project delivery, and delivering on strategic growth and revenue targets
