Haitham Khaireldin
Haitham is a delay analyst and an accredited expert witness with civil engineering, quantity surveying and law backgrounds with experience in the UK, Africa and the Middle East. Haitham worked on a number of civil engineering, heavy industry, building, oil & gas and offshore disputes.
Haitham testified as a delay expert and proven as a credible witness under cross-examination.
Haitham holds a BEng in Civil Engineering from Cairo University, an MSc degree in Quantity Surveying from Heriot-Watt University, LLM degree in Construction Law and Arbitration from Robert Gordon University, and holds the Legal Experience Training Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence (LETAPAEWE).
Haitham is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), a Member of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (MCInstCES), an Incorporated Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (ICIOB), a Member of the Society of Construction Law, and a Member of the Guild of Project Controls.
