I have extensive experience in project controls (planning, scheduling, cost controls and cost estimates) in addition to a solid experience in PMBOK with thorough understanding of their processes and practical application. Implemented the earned value concept through C/SCSC (Cost/ Schedule Controls System Criteria) successfully in many projects. In addition to the applied planning & scheduling techniques utilized Primavera Project Planner P3 (V3.1) and P6 features (fragnets, global changes, project group, sub-projects, what-if analysis and resource loading) to develop cost/ schedule baselines through task-driven and resource-driven schedules.

I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated and developed by listening and liaising with the project management team, all disciplines leads and contractors that contributed in settling the areas of concern effectively. I can handle projects meeting time pressures according the specifications within the budgets. Able to take a pro-active role within the project management team and analyze & reason, combined with a willingness to increase my technical knowledge with additional studies, I have been enabled to develop a sharp experience in project controls.
