A US$50 Million construction programme of a Gas Treatment Centers, Fume Treatment Centre and Anodes Paste Plant, Hot Bath treatment centre, Construction of Two Alumina Silos (42m dia, 49m ht) and Two Coke Silos (26 m dia, 63 m ht) Sohar Aluminium Smelter, run by the Sohar Aluminium Company is constructing US$1.4billion aluminium production industry, 1.3Km pot line area mass excavation, gas treatment centers trestles foundation, construction of coke and alumina silos using slip form, jump form, and flexi form method.
Responsible for developing Baseline Project schedule loaded with resources, Merging all the subprojects and do variance analysis of schedules, Equipment (Plant) and Manpower planning/projection, Issuing monthly project schedule to the client. Updating Intermediate schedule updates, Preparing QM Reports, Responsible for Project metrics (KPI’s), weekly & monthly progress reports, coordinating with sub-contractors for project schedule.
Shadeed 1.5MTPY HDRI & HBI Combo Plant( Clients: Kobelco )

A US$20 million construction of Shadeed 1.5MTPY HDRI & HBI Combo plant. Construction of Furnace, Reformer, Pipe rack, blower, Compressor, Heat recovery and water treatment areas and Main control buildings etc.,
Responsible for Baseline design and construction schedule with over 2000 activities. Preparation of short term concrete pouring schedule and assessment of formwork usage. Asigning on site responsibilities to supervisors for proper coordination of concreting operation and finishing works. Developing three weeks look ahead schedule and monitoring the s-curve of each work areas. The project completed on time inspite of various delays by clients on design approvals.

A US$ 06 million construction of the Ficus Grove high story, luxuries residential flats was a fast track project for the construction of Sea shore areas, CCCL were carrying out all civils works associated with the Building,. And Construction of Mahatma Eye Hospital at trichy in Tamilnadu was including 75 beds, two operation theatres.
Responsibilities were to develop master programme and monitoring progress. Developing detailed phased drawings for coordination meeting with clents other contractors. Submitted detailed claims programme & variation programme.
